We will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note for purchases on the presentation of the unused goods in the original packaging (with no alterations made) and the guarantee accompanied by the till receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges or Credit can be issued within 28 days of purchase.

Exclusions: Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

You have statutory rights in relation to any goods you purchase from us that are either not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose or as described at the time of purchase. 

Faulty items must be produced within 30 days of purchase.​

Our promise to replace or repair the item  does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.
